Business Development Representative, Addison, TX, United States (On-Site)

We are looking to expand our sales Department by adding a new Business Development Representative to the team! The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. This person will need to be a self-starter who can collaborate with a team, hit goals and be able to establish new client relationships.

Position responsibilities:

  • Relentless pursuit of new clients through cold calls, email, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
  • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition
  • Set up sales calls for our National Sales Executives
  • Other Duties as needed


  • Works well in a TEAM environment, with a willingness to share ideas, best practices, and teamwork across all departments
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
  • Experience in the Waste/Sustainability Industry is plus
  • Cold Calling/Telemarketing Experience is a plus
