Client Relationship Manager – Addison, TX

You will be responsible for managing clients’ relations by supporting top-tier client accounts, on-site meetings, and client questions. This person needs to have a high level of customer service experience, coordination, and problem-solving skills. This person will be the go-to contact for their clients to ensure a healthy relationship and/or when any issues might arise. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. This person will need to be a self-starter who can collaborate with a team, hit goals and be able to establish client relationships.

Position responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Manage all client communication via email, phone, in person meetings
  • Travel to client offices for in person meetings, check ins etc.
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Manages individual relationships with high-net worth clients across all products and services, focusing on building book of businesses, strengthening relationships, and growing them.
  • Identifies client concerns and gathers additional information regarding clients’ needs and potential future needs.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Multi-task via email, phone or other channels of communication
  • Research, onboard and assign new vendors as needed
  • Managing company and client expectations
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must an Bachelors Degree or higher/work related experience
  • Looking for 5+ years of experience as a Client Relationship Manager/National Account Manager/Account Executive etc.
  • Works well in a TEAM environment, and teamwork across all departments
  • Waste/Sustainability Industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
