Dispatch Specialist – Addison, TX

You will be responsible for helping clients and customers by dispatching vendors to multiple job locations. This person needs to have a high level of customer service experience, coordination, and problem-solving skills. This person will be the go-to contact for all clients and vendors when new orders are placed, and any issues might arise. This candidate will be focused and have strong professional communication skills. This person will need to be a self-starter who can collaborate with a team, hit goals and be able to establish vendor relationships.


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email and text line

  • Provide information about the products and services

  • Data Entry for all orders and updates in the system

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
