Sales Operations Manager, Addison, TX (On-site)

The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring the overall efficiency of our sales team. This individual will collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations to streamline sales to service best practices. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing successful sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity.
  • Utilize data analytics to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Assist in developing sales quotas and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot).
  • Ensure data integrity, user training, and system optimization.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in HubSpot is required
  • Proven experience in B2B sales operations or a similar role.
  • Experience in the Waste or Sustainability industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
