National Sales Executive – Addison, Texas (Full Time)

CheckSammy is looking for a National Sales Executive to join our Addison, Tx Office. This person will need to be a self-starter who can collaborate with a team, hit goals and be able to establish new client relationships. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong drive to succeed, and be able to multi-task. This person must be passionate about sales, an influential negotiator, and results driven.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Relentless pursuit of new clients through cold calls, email, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  2. Build long last relationships with decision makers throughout assigned territory or sales vertical.
  3. Develop new and inventive sales methodologies to improve overall sales close rates and tighten sales cycles.
  4. Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
  5. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition
  6. Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients.
  7. Managing company and client expectations.
  8. Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
  9. Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  10. Represents our values and high level of professionalism through consistently adhering to CIBT’s Customer Commitment, Standards of Work, teamwork and strives to meet department and personal performance measures.
  11. Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience being able to close national deals
  • Proficiency in CRM – HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience in Sustainability or Waste industry is a plus.
